» DBR Bearing Range
DBR bearings are based on high strength bronze, brass or alloy combinations of any of these which are lubricated by oil added in the oil grooves or without any groves or with or without holes or pockets. This type self lubricating bearing has the same performance with tin bronze bushing but with much higher hardness, twice life time for low speed application compared with tin bronze bushing. It's also called cast bearing, brass bush, copper bearing, solid sliding bearing etc.
Standard material of construction is CuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 which basically a high strength brass, where there will be a forced lubrication through grease or oil which moves through the oil groves.
DBR Range of bushes are widely used in heavy load condition such as the machineries, material handling equipments, moving parts, joints of an earth mover, transmission & differential cases etc.
